Our signature wildflower honey has a mild and sweet but distinctive taste created from the nectar of plants ranging from dandelions, clover and goldenrod; and from trees such as basswood, honey locust and sumac that are indigenous to our locale. Simple, delicious and nutritious our honey can be eaten as is or used in a variety of recipes.
